Animation Description:

This is an animated Lower Third that is fresh and lively. A chromatic fast-moving wave of a color spectrum reveals the text, in this case a name, and then the subtext appears. The multi-colored wave becomes a simple and slow-moving underline to the name and subtext and then the lower third pops away in a downward, then leftward movement.

Additional info:
Colors can be changed in After Effects if needed, for video editors just import the ae file in premiere and edit the name.
